The most important thing is to find a medium that works for you.
Hydroponics is a subset of hydroculture, which is a method of growing plants without soil by instead using mineral nutrient solutions in a water solvent.[1] Terrestrial plants may be grown with only their roots exposed to the nutritious liquid, or the roots may be physically supported by an inert medium such as perlite or gravel.
SA Horticulture is developing bespoke aquaponic systems as well as partnering with industry leaders providing the African market with the best turn-key solution for most return on investment. The aquaponics and hydroponics industry is set to be the way forward in the farming industry, due to the difficulties being faced by farmers with the growing of crops in soil , the aquaponics and hydroponics industry is a set solution for the future.
About Us
SA Horticultural Supplies has it’s origins in White Rock Trading, an import company originally focusing on products used in ceramic industry. White Rock then tentatively entered the horticultural market with success. It was decided that a separate company should be created to focus extensively on horticultural products and so SA Horticultural Supplies was incorporated late 2015. Our product range continues to grow as does our customer base.
